Join us this Valentine’s Day for a relaxed, intimate sunset experience on our stunning 103-acre farm, just 40 minutes from Toowoomba. Bring your partner, your favourite people, or someone you love, and enjoy an evening where good food, live music, and country atmosphere come together in the most magical way.
With only 20 tickets available, this is a highly exclusive event designed for those who enjoy something a little special — relaxed, meaningful, and unhurried. Guests will be comfortably seated with generous space between tables, allowing for privacy, quiet conversation, and a truly personal experience.
As the sun drops over the paddocks, enjoy gourmet canapés by Relish Highfields, live acoustic music, and the calm, grounding presence of our friendly cattle and farm animals. Think slow living at its finest — country air, golden light, and beautiful energy.

Every ticket sold directly supports Outback Instincts’ youth programs, helping vulnerable and at-risk young people access animal-assisted learning, mentoring, rural skill-building, and a safe place to belong.
Your ticket helps fund:

• Therapy dog outreach to aged care
• Support for young people who have fallen through the cracks
