Karen brings administrative and compliance oversight to the Board, ensuring strong
record-keeping and regulatory adherence. Karen holds a patience like no other with young people and is passionate about youth education and growth.

Jack Dent - Board Member and Youth Mentor
Jack brings valuable experience in youth development program delivery and a strong
passion for rural life, particularly working with livestock and sheepdog handling. His authentic
connection to country living and hands-on experience enriches the board's understanding of
what engages and empowers regional young people. Jack is a passionate dog trainer and oversees much of the Paws on the Ground Program.

young people. Her background includes managing community programs, supervising staff,
and coordinating services that support youth development, making her a valuable contributor
to both operational planning and frontline engagement. Leanne has a strong background in animal care and management and a passion for capturing life on the land from behind a camera lens, bringing her creativity into the Outback Instincts programs to help youth thrive.
